Xuppa is one of the recommended smaller pay per click search engines. They get a decent amount of traffic and bids start at only 1 cent. Two things that set Xuppa apart from other PPC advertising companies: is their powerful opt-in email list and unique lotto program. Xuppa has access to over 65 million opt-in email subscribers and they connect advertisers with space in ezines and newsletters or allow advertisers to auction off space in their ezines. The Lotto program encourages customers to click on top three advertisers to be eligible for Lotto. (You probably don't get the most quality traffic that way, but its incentive.)
